I manage a team of Consultant Occupational/Business Psychologists and Project Coordinators delivering a broad range of assessment solutions on behalf of clients in both the public and private sector. As a senior consultant I work closely with clients to understand their talent acquisition, recruitment and budgetary challenges. I'll then recommend a solution that meets whatever needs have been identified as key for each particular client and situation, be that adherence to best practice, greater effectiveness and efficiency, innovation or a combination of these.
