About Lisa Wyman

After SWTSU, I spent a few years traveling while teaching SCUBA diving but soon learned it was time to get a "real job." My professional life began in Austin TX where I worked as receptionist or executive assistant in a variety of industries. Before CMC, my concentration was in event management.CMC Founder and Managing Partner, Teresa Mason and I have been neighbors and friends for many years. When she asked if I’d be interested in becoming her Director of Operations , I didn’t even need to sleep on it. As a newly created position for the company, I was given the opportunity to define the job… and it is still evolving. I wear many hats and essentially do whatever is needed including client billing and HR. Outside my professional life, I am a vigilant animal activist and nature lover. I recently moved back to Austin, TX to be closer to family and left behind over 300 orchids along with a number of close friends cultivated over 30 years of living in the Bay Area. I miss it daily but we are finding our groove and it’s once again feeling like home.
