🔶️WHAT I DO: I am responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. I also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salaries, training requirements and career opportunities. I provide extensive interview preparation to candidates before they meet clients. I am an advanced negotiator in terms of salaries with my clients and candidates. My role is a vital link between clients and candidates, to make sure both parties are 100% happy with their decisions. Recruitment is life-changing. 🔶️HOW I DO IT: I communicate via phone, email, face to face with both candidates and clients. I use our internal CRM database as well as online platforms to source potential candidates to fill the client’s recruitment needs.
