I'm thrilled to be following my dream of contributing in the non-profit sector and supporting an amazing organization in both the pledge processing and IT administration arenas. It gets a little crazy sometimes wearing such different hats, but keeping our network running smoothly and our associated costs down while ensuring our pledge revenue is booked efficiently and accurately is very rewarding I have enjoyed improving the organization's capacity by developing automated systems for pledge entry and account maintenance. It's great to contribute to an organization that was recently awarded a 4 star rating by Charity Navigator!

I oversaw Operations of National HQ office and National Call Center, served as Executive Assistant to CEO and COO, and was a successful event planner for annual national conferences with budgets of over $100K.

I managed office operations, established legal entities as needed, and fulfilled due diligence requirements for financial entities and government agencies for a developer of multi-family affordable housing in the Denver Metro area.

Developed policies and procedures for personal training studio start-up including promotional materials and contractor agreements. Selected equipment vendor, managed relationships with potential trainers, vendors and Chamber of Commerce.

While managing daily operations for software company focusing on inventory control and accounting functions for independent apparel retailers, I developed, implemented and refined training procedures and documentation for call center staff and end users, created seminars and promotional materials, managed client relations, and served as press liaison.
