Represented creditors and loan servicers in foreclosure cases, handling all aspects of foreclosure proceedings and recovery of assets secured by Trust Deeds. Handled foreclosure mediations under the Oregon Dispute Resolution Program. Represented creditors and loan servicers in litigation involving debtor challenges to foreclosure proceedings, including debtor challenges under state and federal statutes and regulations governing creditor and loan-servicer handling of real estate loans, including TILA, RESPA, ECOA, Regulation Z, Oregon's UTPA and statutes governing trust deeds.

Conducted complex legal research for, and analysis of, core legal issues related to judicial and non-judicial foreclosures in Oregon, and associated claims under RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, and Oregon's UTPA, and utilized findings to draft pleadings and motions to handle state and federal cases involving such claims.
