Was full into my 4th year out of a total of 6 years as physician liaison. Increased referrals to company's Rye office for 2 years and then we closed the Rye office and I was transferred to Tarrytown NY office for almost 2 years until company just filed Chapter 11 April 2014. Succeeded in developing first time referring offices and maintained existing referral base ranging from Internists, OrthoPaedics, Neurologists/surgeons, Podiatrists to Chiropractors and Pain Management specialists.

Grew exisiting relationships- sourced and developed new connections with Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Homes, Rehabilitation Facilities, Senior Centers and Hospitals. Met with families to conduct thorough intake evaluation for matching home health aide with family member/patient.

Increased life and disability insurance enrollment participation by conducting employee benefit meetings with human resources and insurance brokers.

Developed new physician referrals and managed territory of physician offices.

Represented and increased referrals for five service departments and developed new business for outreach laboratory department.

Worked within both Network Development and and Provider Relations. Our team of 2-3 representatives was responsible for all of Westchester County and part of Fairfield County. Handled both the recruitment for growing our physician network and then took care of office inquiries and communicated issues and changes as liaison between Oxford's billing, claims, medical managment, laboratory processes and member services.

Provided issue resolution and customer policy processes for two account representatives and four sales representatives on inforce disability and life insurance policies. Served as liaison for new clients for service issues between home office and our regional office.
