Manage all incoming contracts for TechTarget. Review and book all orders for direct customers and respond to revenue related inquiries. Assist sales reps and campaign managers with invoice and campaign related questions. Pull credit reports and other due diligence to establish the creditworthiness of new customer/account set-ups. Manage three traffickers and maintain all advertising contracts. Collect insertion orders, ensuring they meet the terms and conditions of the company. Chase and traffic creatives, communicate digital ad specs and requirements, trouble-shoot creative file formatting issues with clients, and act as primary point of contact for both internal and external customers. Work with Billing and ensure invoices in Oracle reconcile with data in Google DoubleClick (DFP). Provide Web/Newsletter producers with ad tags and other materials upon request. Interact with Salesforce and Publishers, on a daily basis, providing impression data and inventory projection reports. Support staff in meeting strict advertising deadlines.

Maintained all contracts/accounts of 24 sales reps covering territories in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia in a timely manner, under strict deadlines. Served as the primary non-sales contact for advertisers/clients. Developed relationships with ad/creative agencies and clients and worked across the organization with sales, credit, production and editorial staff. Was responsible for communicating the publication’s specs and requirements and for responding to customer questions and needs. Maintained database of advertiser data, and provided forecasting reports/analysis for Salesforce, Publisher and Controller. Above pubs first to launch online version (Zinio). Coordinated annual OEM Directory from inception to completion.
