I am an adult educator with a combined 22 years of teaching and business experience in adult learning, educational development, research ethics, cross-cultural professional development, and organizational behaviour. I have worked in industry (territory manager and corporate training) and have taught at primary, secondary, and higher education levels, as well as internationally in Japan, Kazakhstan and Australia. With a PhD specializing in Educational Research in Adult Learning from the University of Calgary, my strength lies in leading and supporting faculty, students and staff through teaching and learning pathways.
