Francisco Partners acquired iZotope, Native Instruments and Plugin Alliance/Brainworx in 2021, and reestablished under the company name of Native Instruments in June, 2023. In addition to the Boston iZotope team, added Brainworx engineering team in Langenfeld Germany to management scope after founder and GM exited daily operations, as well as Shared Experiences team responsible for CI/Build Systems and customer facing Native Access installation management tool. Overall, responsible for engineering team of ~70 people. Also responsible for many cross-organization initiatives such as: migrating 3 sites to unified Github Enterprise version control platform, organizing the company-wide NI Open hackathon, participating in the cross-functional product creation leadership team responsible for roadmap planning and strategy, and Technology onboarding training.Acted as Interim CTO and Executive Team member representing Engineering for 4+ months during search for new CTO. Oversaw combined global Technology team of 200+ including software engineering, hardware engineering and supply chain management, and applied research, spanning Boston, Berlin, Langenfeld (Germany) and London - including delivery of annual product roadmap, with software and hardware flagships.
