Key accomplishments included the complete rebranding of marketing assets, development of corresponding websites, facilitating key corporate partnerships, and establishment of the company as a thought leader in the B2B Real Estate Referral Tech space. Branding: Led rebranding effort for the organization (3x) which included name consolidation and redesign of all marketing assets – from corporate websites and collater to business cards to signage. Advertising/Social Media: Oversaw all brand advertising and Social Media initiatives. Expanded social media channels and programs to include Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Blogs. Lead Gen/Agent Engagement: Led all integrated marketing campaigns that included email, social media, online (partnered with digital team on PPC/SEO/SEM), and sales support components. Developed multiple initiatives that increased agent engagement (collateral, webinars, blogs, and vlogs). Product Development: Directed marketing for product launches and managed product support/needs for key partnerships. Led all strategic and creative marketing activities for the credit union including retail, lending, business banking and wealth management channels. Key accomplishments included complete re-branding of Tech CU marketing assets, and development of corresponding website. Directed sales support and regional marketing efforts for the company's Western Territory (Pre-College, Graduate, and Medical standardized test preparation services). Acted as liaison between Corporate Marketing/Product Development and the Field. Regularly interfaced with Sr. Executives, including CMO (dotted-line reporting structure). Managed launch and integration of Salesforce.com for use in Pre-College/Grad sales and marketing efforts.
