Provided consistent and accurate administrative support to two Portfolio Managers, meeting preparation and follow up, report generation, performance reporting, and preparation of presentation material and organization of new account documentation. Acted as a secondary contact for account maintenance to assist in client relationships with regards to cash transfers, portfolio maintenance & information. Ensured client database is maintained and updated, and all new account profile information is processed and logged correctly. Primary liaison with other TDBFG partners and external partners for all administrative purposes from the retail branch staff to the bank office support groups for the PIC office
