RAGE PR is an affordable music PR company that was founded in 2013. In this role I worked with up and coming bands and well known names. Working across the wide spectrum that forms Rock & Metal, handcrafting bespoke campaigns to communicate client messages.I worked with artists including Bowling For Soup, Hinder, Everclear, Arnocorps, and Shadows Fall.On a day to day basis I used my creative mind and strategic planning to think outside of the box and take advantage of new ways to share my clients work. I began working for Burt Greener Communications as an intern in 2013, before returning as a freelance account executive. I quickly progressed to managing a number of accounts including Molson Coors, International Beverage, Little’s Chauffeur Drive and Big Data For Humans, the Wickerman Festival, Carling, Borthwick Castle, Princes Square Shopping Centre, Scottish Disability Sport, Essential Edinburgh and Location Scotland.I was a key contact for the Molson Coors brands and Old Pulteney Single Malt Scotch Whisky and was involved in creating and coordinating campaigns from start to finish. I was involved in conceiving PR strategy for each campaign and presenting this to clients, building social media plans, managing budgets, drafting releases, copywriting, evaluating results and most crucially selling the stories to the media. I also planned and managed events from press launches and photo calls to stunts to promotional events comprising of press and key stakeholders. I am accustomed to working in a fast paced environment, delivering a year round PR calendar of campaigns and activity. I have also worked with advertising, digital and media buying agencies to ensure maximum impact of campaigns.
