I offer coaching and training for organisations and people who are serious about making a change. As a coach, I support people who desire change for themselves so they can get more out of life, their relationships and work. As a trainer, I facilitate learning around personal development, leadership and communication.I work based on the belief that if we are all better versions of ourselves, we can make a greater sustainable contribution to the communities of which we are a part.What I would like to see are more people who fulfill their potential – I wish to be part of this enabling environment and ultimately improve livelihoods of people and communities around the globe. I am results-oriented and a strong believer in learning by doing. This applies to how I go about doing my own work and it is something I like to inspire others with.
