About Lisa Friscia

With over 15 years of experience in education and social impact, I am passionate about helping small and growing organizations go from scrappy to sustainable, by aligning strategy, talent processes and equity. As the President and Founder of Franca Consulting, I co-create strategy-aligned and equitable talent processes and leadership practices that sustain a culture of success for forward-thinking leaders.My work lies at the intersection of talent, strategy, equity, and social impact.
