Designed, developed and led the delivery of innovative social, health & recreational programs to address service gaps and priority needs in downtown Toronto. Role encompassed conceptualising new programme initiatives, engaging and converting stakeholders into committed partners, designing relevant evaluation frameworks to demonstrate social impact, writing and pitching funding proposals to corporates and foundations to secure sustainable funds. Led & managed multi-disciplinary programme delivery managers, financial management of $1.5 million operating budget, cultivated strategic partnerships with corporate and community groups.

In partnership with Addiction Research Foundation, led and facilitated the development of a strategy to deliver a new province wide intervention focusing on the provision of training to increase addictions (problem gambling) knowledge and skills amongst health and social service professionals working with culturally diverse communities in Ontario. Undertook research that looked at the extent of problem gambling related behaviour occurring in the broader community and presented research paper at the 10th National US Problem Gambling Conference .
