Harmonize business objectives with human capital strategies to effectively execute talent acquisition, succession planning, talent development, organizational design, retention plans, employee relations, culture engagement, and change management initiatives. Lead talent management processes, including recruitment, succession planning, and performance management, to drive overarching business objectives. Ensure compliance, coordinate training programs, and leverage HR analytics for informed decision-making. Foster cross-functional collaboration and serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.
