I developed the strategic marketing plan and budget, hired a team of direct employees and supporting vendors, and executed the plan.• My efforts resulted in Betacom establishing our brand in the private wireless market, and distinguishing ourselves as an industry leader in our target markets of transportation, manufacturing, and logistics. In two short years we went from a complete unknown to share-of-voice dominance over our closest competitors.• I launched the Betacom Private 5G Ecosystem with 15 named partners at launch, including Google, Intel, and Ingram Micro, allowing us to offer our enterprise customers a complete gamut of industrial automation use cases, all powered by private 5G.• I worked with Sales to transition the Sales and Marketing teams to an Account Based Marketing approach that targets the right customers and the right decision makers within our customer base to speed up time to revenue.
