• (Position retired due to Covid-19)**Content manager and primary content creator (writer and photographer) for this small company that has become the second-largest travel site about Greenland.ACHIEVEMENTS
• established a complete content framework and calendar for the site
• increased Guide to Greenland's Google ranking by writing high-quality, long-form, search-engine optimized content for the site
• designed and implemented a (free) CMS for image management using Google Drive
• project managed and ensured the online system transition from Travelshift to Wordpress for all content within an extremely short timeframe

• Business owner for all eLearning and physical learning spaces at the university. I was project lead for the multi-million dollar, multi-year project to renew the university's eLearning ecosystem, as well as designer.
• established a true collaborative partnership between two very different branches of education (Higher Education and Vocational Education), IT Services, and Facilities Services - much to the envy of other universities.
• delivered the second-largest project ever undertaken by the university on time and within the allocated budget
• converted the replacement of a single, outdated educational technology into the refurbishment of the entire eLearning ecosystem, including integrations with other major university systems
• achieved a seamless "big bang" go-live of the new ecosystem, with all courses (>40,000 students) switched across on the same day with only minor issues
• established minimum design standards for all future learning spaces at the university

• Advised senior management on the development of eLearning systems and physical learning spaces at the university, and led / project managed several of the approved initiatives.ACHIEVEMENTS
• developed a Blended Learning Operational plan for the University.
• contributed to a successful upgrade of Swinburne's Learning Management System (Blackboard) by advising on configurations and integrations from a Higher Education perspective
• initiated and project managed a series of improvements to how the lecture recording system was implemented at the University
• led and project managed the establishment of Swinburne's iTunes U site - one of the first iTunes U sites available outside of the USA and the most successful in Australiasia.
• secured funding for, co-designed, led the project, provided all the support for, and evaluated Swinburne's first technology-enabled collaborative formal learning spaces.
