The project, Innovation pilots, is a part of the research program PIEp with the purpose of increasing the innovation capability at Höganäs AB’s R&D department. PIEp provided the project with methods and tools and together with another student a screening of the innovation capability was conduced included interviews, a survey about creative climate, observations and facilitation of two workshops. The result was an increased insight about their own innovation capability and an action plan.
