With an extensive background in graphic design, marketing, grant writing, sales, and culinary arts, I have applied my talents in a variety of professional and volunteer settings. Currently, I serve as the Executive Director for Wilderness Southeast (WiSE), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational corporation that tailors experiences for families, schools, and organized groups of all ages, allowing all participants to connect with the environment and each other. In this role, I collaborate with the Board of Directors to manage WiSE's daily operations, including communications, fundraising, and business development. Previously, I served as a consultant with the Savannah Chatham Sustainability Coalition, as well as with the local governments of Savannah and Thunderbolt, Georgia. Through these roles, I acquired invaluable experience pertaining to nonprofit management, fundraising and promotional campaigns, and legislative and community networking.
