I am an award-winning leader who partners with organizational leaders to engage with them in empathic design thinking, evaluation, and needs assessment, to determine appropriate systems and/or individual interventions, aligned to the organizational culture, business strategy, and desired performance outcomes. My work is informed by my own past award-winning experience leading departments and organizations. Several individuals whom I have supported also became award-winners as a direct result of my guidance.I also have experience owning the strategy and leading the creation of a wide variety of informal and formal learning interventions by facilitating deliberate instructional and learning design processes.
