Resolved mission critical technical issues in Europe, North America & Asia Pacific for highly strategic customers and partners, including SBC, IBM, Telefonica (Spain), and Telstra (Australia).

Liaised with customer's technical team and executive management and Genesys engineering and executives.Integral member of the team that closed the $11M+ USD deal, with Telstra, the largest Australian Telco, which was Genesys largest order to that point.
