Senior Manager - Advisory Pursuits
Current- Strategize and execute on client pursuit strategy with cross-functional client service team membersincluding industry leaders, senior client service professionals, pricing specialists, and analysts on ~15 services.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to drive decision making, remove obstacles, and address key project issues to ensure business needs are met and support the vision and goals of each pursuit and project
- Guide teams to transform strategic thinking into persuasive and differentiating client deliverables (~15-25 a year) to develop videos, multimedia proposals, and interactive presentations to win national and global.
- Apply targeted sales principles and outcome-based client-centric messages to help teams win new business and increase retention rate
- Support client service teams in the preparation and delivery of orals/presentation opportunities through orals coaching
