Responsible for the coordination, supervision, planning and implementation of Information Management (IM) activities, more specifically in the context of the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) : - Supervision and provision of guidance for field assessments with different data collection techniques to gather timely information about displacement, population mobility, movement flows, and any other source of data required- Development of information products on DTM and other IOM activities, such as analytical and statistical reports, displacement profiles, maps and other relevant products on Migrant Profiles, Migratory Intentions, Transhumance movements, Migratory assessments, among others.- Supervision of IM support staff - Organization of capacity-building trainings on a regular basis- Compilation, cleaning and analysis of collected data.

Responsible for: • Providing ongoing support to country missions in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese• Supporting the development of reporting standards, training materials, guidelines, presentations and tip sheets • Proofreading, editing, translating and formatting DTM information products and producing monthly DTM HQ report compilations • Analysis of DTM data and production of reports at global, regional and country levels

Collaborate for Social Impact (C4SI) is an experiential education program, which challenges students to find innovative solutions to real-world challenges faced by development organizations. My group (four graduate students) was tasked with finding a solution that improves the social and economic integration of refugees in Geneva. Our solution involves two main components: A reverse job fair to help refugees better use their professional skills and to reduce their dependency on the state as well as a TEDx event organized by refugees to help engage the wider community and to eradicate stigma. For the first time, 2/3 of the speakers and of the volunteers organizing the TEDx event are going to be refugees. This way, refugees will become the drivers of their own integration process. The planning of these two elements will result in an integrated full-day event taking place in November 2016.
