The NYC Accelerator is a New York City program that provides technical guidance to building owners, managers, tenants, and service providers to transform how buildings are built and operated. It is a free program that offers access to expert account managers who specialize in multifamily market-rate and affordable housing, and commercial and industrial buildings. Our account managers help navigate the energy efficiency journey from start to finish, providing technical and financial solutions that boost building performance, control costs, improve comfort, and reduce carbon emissions across NYC buildings.

As Outreach Manager for the NYC Accelerator, a program launched by the NYC Mayor’s Office of Climate and Sustainability, I manage a team of expert outreach account managers who work with thousands of buildings across the five boroughs to build a cleaner future by lowering pollution and carbon emissions.

As Program Manager for the PPL Business Rebate Program, I managed outreach and education efforts for the Commercial and Industrial program focusing on small commercial, government, non-profit and education sectors.

As an Outreach Consultant for the CLEAResult Commercial and Industrial Rebate Program, I expanded participation in the energy efficiency incentive program by providing outreach and education to FirstEnergy’s customers and program allies.

Founded Resource Dynamics, Inc. (RDI) in 1998. RDI served as a neutral entity to facilitate projects, surveys, workshops, conferences and special events that contribute to the improvement, conservation, restoration, and preservation of the environment. Lisa served as a consultant to the US Green Building Council through their initial years of explosive growth and was instrumental in launching the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) workshop program nationally, and Greenbuild, the USGBC’s international conference and exposition. In 2008, Resource Dynamics/Green Building Education was launched, an entity dedicated to providing education, training, and consulting services to educate personnel in all segments of the design and construction industry, facilities management operations and maintenance, and government to promote the adoption of practices that are more sustainable and economically viable.

As Manager of Education Services, Lisa was responsible for the development and launch of SASB’s training and certification programs. Responsibilities included strategic planning, marketing, operations of the educational programs, forging relationships with other organizations to provide educational opportunities and/or to develop new curriculum.

As Program Manager, Lisa was responsible for the identification and development of project concepts, identifying new grant and funding opportunities, and drafting grant applications. Responsibilities also included the management of a number of EFC programs that involved coordinating consultants, project partners and staff, drafting work plans, progress reports and writing final reports. Projects included: the Community Stormwater Financing Initiative, and, The Guidebook, Watershed Finance: A Grassroots Leadership Manual.

Served as Vice President of JT&A, inc. a public outreach firm specializing in conference management and publications, with a concentration on corporate environmental, economic, and healthcare issues, and U.S. Department of Defense special programs. Member of executive team responsible for financial, strategic planning and program management of both organizations.Direct conference divisions of both organizations. Responsibilities include overall project and event management including, proposal development, budget preparation and maintenance, staff management, contract negotiations, vendor coordination, materials production and distribution. Coordinate and manage steering committees, work groups and volunteers. Coordinate publicity and communications to promote awareness of conferences, workshops, programs and publications.
