This was a complex change programme and one which affected nearly every part of the business.• Sponsor for the People Performance Programme. The objective of the programme was to drive up performance across the 300 sales staff and achieve an increased net profit of 10% by developing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to increase organisational effectiveness.
