Through my volunteer roles, I continue to actively shape the future of pensions, employer benefits and social security, collaborating with actuaries worldwide and fostering the next generation of actuarial talent.Leading Global Retirement Discussions:As Chair of the Pensions, Benefit and Social Security Forum (PBSSF) of the International Actuarial Association (IAA), I bring together actuaries from over 60 countries to share expertise and insights on retirement systems.Advancing Actuarial Research:As Vice Chair of the Aging and Retirement Strategic Research Steering Committee, I guide research priorities and provide actuarial perspective to projects, ensuring the field stays at the forefront of solving aging and retirement challenges.Inspiring Future Actuaries:I co-create imaginative case studies for the SOA Research Institute's Student Research Case Study Challenge, empowering students to become forces of change with the tools of actuarial analysis.Guiding Professionalism:I contribute to the CCA Professionalism Committee, developing resources and guidance to uphold the highest professional standards in actuarial consulting.Sharing Knowledge:I remain a passionate presenter at actuarial conferences, sharing my expertise and insights with the broader professional community.My retirement is anything but quiet.
