Pepp is a non-profit organization that is working towards equality in engineering. The main tool is a mentorship between young females and female engineering students, but we are on our way to broaden the scope of work to target other groups and contribute more to the industry. In other terms, Pepp is going from an entrepreneurial start-up to scale-up in the coming years. My role in the advisory board is to, together with the rest of the board, to set the long term strategy and to ensure that the organization performs according to it. I also contribute with my experiences in senior leadership, communication, and strategy.

Responsibility: P&L of +180 MSEK, 100+ employees, 7 countries.Achievements include:- Setting a new vision and long-term strategy for the company.- Successfully performing a company reconstruction in which all debts were depreciated by at least 75 %.- Managed and developed key accounts (+75 MSEK annually)- Managed main providers (+40 MSEK annually)- Lead the company through the industry’s worst crisis to date, while maintaining high employee satisfaction and trust rates.

Swedish Aviation Group is a network for Swedish companies in aviation, with a target to develop international business. My role in SAG has been as a part of the board, where I have initiated and driven the job of setting a new strategy, in which the value proposition to the members is ensured. I have led workshops and strategic meetings, in order to find a new vision and set high targets for the organisation. The organisation aims to become Sweden's largest network for international aviation business.

My responsibility was to perform assessments of the potential of photovoltaics on existing and new buildings, including production and economic calculations. I also worked on scientific projects in the field of mismatch between production and consumption in multi-family residentials as well as projects linked to electric vehicles and charging of EV.
