Success to me is making an impact – whether it is on an organization, an entire industry, or just one person. I am driven by solving problems and setting business strategies. My entrepreneurial side results in high set goals and a drive towards them, and I tend to actively seek challenges. I speak my mind and question old “truths” and expect my surrounding to do the same. I take no prestige in having the right idea, what's important to me is that the right solution is chosen, regardless of where it came from. Therefore, I enjoy working in environments where the best idea is praised, rather than the most experienced member of the team. As a leader, this is the kind of culture that I work hard on creating. Public speaking is something I truly enjoy, whether it is on a big stage or in front of a smaller group of people. Communication and creating relationships with others are a few of my biggest strengths, together with analytical skills and the ability to both see the entire picture, as well as details. My friends describe me as positive, loyal, and driven while my colleagues often come to me for my broad knowledge and problem solving. One colleague described me as his “Swiss army knife” and others as a typical doer.
