Primary purpose of this position is to provide Sales support, data analysis & reporting, marketing research and contract administration. Responsibilities include:• Sales support, including but not limited to: Request for Proposal (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), RFQs, Customer Questionnaires, registrations and annual certifications & compliance; develop collateral, case studies, customer historical data & trends, etc.• Report and track performance and overall data regarding to sales, including but not limited to: Customer accounts, revenue, ROI, performance, and marketing initiatives. • Handle a variety of data analysis and research requests to support Sales with targeting and prospecting, including market verticals and customer research.• Lead generation for customer targets, project awards, digital campaign management (Google Ads / AdWords) and newsletters, to drive targeted traffic to the company website.• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including digital materials, presentations, advertising flyers, sales campaigns, ads and giveaways.• Contract administration, sales tool management, perform other duties as needed. Previous role - Technology Trainer - Provide support of technology resources and applications. Develop and maintain training materials, lessons, technology tips, and customize reports and other marketing initiatives.
