I played a key role recruiting top talent for Commonwealth Bank's Digital team. This team drives the digital experience for more than 14.5 million customers across Australia and the world who rely on a seamless banking connection. It's a fast growing team with the opportunity to shape the way Commonwealth Bank serves customers digitally and beyond. • Developing strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition Manager’s and key business stakeholders across the organisation to lead the implementation of proactive, innovative internal and external sourcing strategies, frameworks and pipelines for the attraction and engagement of specialist digital talent.• Identify and implement a variety of bespoke sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent to meet the businesses’ current and future workforce needs, with a focus on social media and the passive talent market.• Building talent communities and talent pipelines both locally and globally to deliver top talent for Digital. Key role profiles include: UX and Visual Design, Software Engineering, Digital Sales and Conversion, Digital Product Owner’s. • Run creative and innovative ways to engage and attract business critical talent such as hosting Hackathons, tours of the Innovation Lab, attending conferences and meet-ups.• An active member of the women in technology community co-organising the SheHacks hackathon for three years, running my own podcast series called "Tech Women Australia" as well as supporting Girl Geek Sydney, RailsGirls, NodeGirls and Women Who Code. • Leveraging internal networks, external resources, internal database, and other resources to generate market mapping and research to share with the Digital team, Hiring Manager’s and Talent Acquisition.
