I started in radio broadcasting over 20 years ago, added voiceovers and audio production 15+ years ago, began online marketing in 2004, and was an early adopter of social media.

Main skills include recording and editing interviews and audio with field workers, M.D.s, C.E.O.s and voiceovers from a diverse range of businesses, writing podcast and programme scripts, mixing programmes with all required elements (music, voiceovers, presenters, interviews etc.), mastering and encoding. Other skills include recording, editing and encoding audio for telephone and IVR systems, and writing or re-writing telephone on-hold and IVR scripts for maximum impact, clarity, consistency and flow.
