I am an executive leadership coach, a talent development course developer, and a growth mindset facilitator.I got started in 1991 when I opened the Hilton Resource Group (HRG) consulting group. My purpose with HRG is to facilitate leadership excellence through coaching and training services. As a coach, my primary focus is to help my clients navigate the critical phases of leadership development, transition, and change with a special focus on senior leadership style, presence, vision, strategy, confidence, relationship building, mindfulness, and direction.My coaching and training style is hands-on, dynamic, challenging, supportive, holistic. and goal directed. My work allows me the privilege to work globally with a diverse population across all industries. I work with individuals and teams at all levels in an organization from front-line to executive level.While opertating HRG, I served as the Director of Training & Development for The University of Houston. I have a BA in Communications and I am an ICF Credentialed Coach , (ACC), and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (EAP). Additional certifications include Accelerated Learning, Adult Learning, and Employee Relations Law. My coaching and facilitation style encourages my clients to reach beyond the obvious to realize their unique talents, develop their leadership potential, increase mindfulness and achieve well-being and success.Whne not coaching or training I love to travel, be in nature, work-out at the gym, attend art shows and music venues, and work on my writing and art projects.I am located in Houston Texas and share a home with my goldfish Sam. I have lived in Austin Texas and in London England where I studied at University and practiced the art of Pantomime.
