Dr. Lisa Hinkelman is an educator, researcher, and author who has spent 15+ years in education, first as a professor at The Ohio State University and now as the Founder/CEO of Ruling Our eXperiences (ROX). ROX is a national nonprofit focused on the health, safety, education and empowerment of girls. She is a former collegiate ice hockey player, a rescue dog lover and mom to young, wild and three-year old daughter, Irene.
