- Manage patient care unit across 4 locations throughout the 5 boroughs of NY consisting of >120 FTEs

Level II RRT in 95-bed NICU / 50 bed PICU- Provide care for patients with emergency, acute, & intensive care needs using holistic approach in PICU, Level 1 trauma ED, PCU, Pulmonary Unit, CT, MRI- Analyze, interpret, & prioritize data to provide individualized care based upon complex clinical judgment- Differentiate between therapeutic & non-therapeutic relationships & establish therapeutic boundaries- Incorporate diverse family system needs & methods of coping into treatment plan- Provide patient status report to the interdisciplinary ICU team including respiratory interventions, patient outcomes, & alterations actively contributing to plan of care- Collaborate with SLP, PT, OT to support progressive mobility- Progressive Care Unit experience, including but not limited to Tracheostomy changes, family teaching & assessment prior to discharge- Assist with data collection in research studies conducted by interdisciplinary team- Responsible for education & training using evidence based practice of multiple devices/management strategies
