Responsibilities include all aspects of leading a nonprofit economic development organization such as recruitment and retention of members, corporate partners, donors, and community partners; developing annual budget of almost $200,000; strategic planning; managing staff; overseeing six committees of volunteers; sourcing board members; scheduling and planning annual calendar of events; project management; developing and implementing programs; planning events; soliciting corporate sponsors by creating a prospectus and executing agreements; fundraising; public speaking and presentations; social media; marketing; writing and distributing monthly newsletter and events calendar; mastering software programs such as ChamberMaster, Basecamp, Emma, and more; bench marking, analyzing, evaluating, tracking, and reporting performance; and working competently in Microsoft Office and Google for Nonprofits. Accomplishments include average of 30% increase in members year over year; 5x increase in annual revenue in six years; established a 501(c)(3); created a scholarship program; generated enough revenue to add staff and an office; managed two consistently successful fundraising events each year; qualified for direct appropriations from the Mayor’s budget, and increased the number of local certified LGBT Business Enterprises by 360% in four years.

Responsibilities include all aspects of operating a Division I athletic program such as budgeting, recruiting, abiding by the university, Atlantic Sun, and NCAA rules, player development, team travel, equipment management, managing assistant coaches, and summer camp administration.Accomplishments include taking a team from last place to first place in four years, winning two conference championships, participating in the NCAA tournament, achieving Top Ten Percent Academic Progress Rate in 2010, and being named Atlantic-Sun Coach of the Year, for the third time, in 2009.

Responsibilities include the above with additional duties such as academic advisement, study hall monitoring, and game day operations. Achievements include starting the NCAA Division I women's soccer program from scratch and qualifying for the conference tournament in our third year.
