Cannabis Manufacturing and Cultivation

• Completion of weekly payroll and commission compensation for 160-300 reps including hourly rates, sales commission, sick/vacation, etc.• Review of current policies and procedures and recommend changes • Assist in the execution of membership sales as well as specialized membership campaigns• Troubleshoot field execution problems and provide resolutions• Identify and test system enhancements • Prepare and maintain accurate records of membership sales production and compensation per rep on a weekly/monthly/YTD basis• Maintain all corrective actions, terminations, promotions and personnel documentation• Assists the Zone and Regional Managers in a variety of specialized Marketing projects• Identify eligible candidates and implement benefits process • Meet challenges of a decentralized staff using delegation, follow-up and team building skills • Coordination and execution of merit/review process and guidelines

• Tracks and reports on compensation practices occurring within the organization (e.g., average club hourly rates, club management hourly rates, etc.)• Calculated experience rates based on previous performances and employment • Distribution of identified pfx control numbers• Modifications of personnel profiles based on various recommendations and circumstance• Participation and completion of mandated State and Federal surveys • Maintenance of the Management Incentive Plan• Monitored and recorded yearly initiatives and performance objectives• Compiled, tracked and processed yearly performance appraisals

• Verify and authenticate accuracy of weekly and quarterly matching contributions• Prepare monthly enrollment reporting on quarterly recordkeeping, service bills and enrollment statistics• Identifying and enrolling eligibilities into the BJ’s 401(k) Savings Plan• Research and payroll adjustments on deduction information and loan payments• Reamortizing 401(k) Savings loans and preventing default• Systemically upload and verify weekly match contribution• Respond to Team Member inquiries, provide information, research issues and resolve routine problems on matters related to the 401(k) Saving Plan

• Initiate and respond to vendor inquiries and correspondence regarding non-payment of various chargeback’s• Prepare internal adjustment aprons to record check payments, balance transfers, repayments, and write off’s• Utilize various departments for research tools regarding pricing issues, account holds, packaging and routing violations, rebates, demo and coupon chargeback’s
