Acted as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of corporate relationships as well as for community and not-for-profit organizations. Managed and grew a $1M revenue stream.Doubled membership by creating a more value-based context: increased corporate outreach; enhanced member benefits; improved web site experience. Led and managed all aspects of creating a world-class incubator experience. The Communitech Hub is a 44,000 sq. ft space toured by thousands of people every year. It was selected as one of seven North American “Google for Entrepreneurs” locations (the only one in Canada). The experience included art, events, and creating space for meaningful interactions.
