Lisa Hudson is the Managing Director of Recruitment at WSI and is a member of the WSI Leadership Team. Lisa focuses on associate, director, and executive level recruiting for WSI internally and for clients in a range of industries, including marketing, professional services, manufacturing, and technology. Lisa is also a Partner with WSI’s Connect 64 program that supports individual executives and trailing spouses in making connections with companies across Southwest Michigan.

Led the firm's Board Practice and several C-Suite engagements. Since joining Summit at its inception in 2009, played an important role in the strategic growth and development of the firm, and worked closely with several elite executive clients. As a member of the operating and management team, managed day-to-day operations and oversaw all aspects of research strategy and execution for clients. Worked closely with Summit's founder, research team, strategic partners, and advisory board.

Directed and managed all aspects of research strategy and corporate and private equity execution for Summit Executive Resources. Worked closely with firm's President & CEO and Advisory Board.

Sales & Marketing in Immunology.Targeted new business opportunities through referral tracking system. Educated physician offices and pharmaceutical partners on services. Designed and developed Sales Assistant position. Instrumental in transformation of sales platform to include an internal selling model.

Worked closely with the Managing Director in mapping a new market entry for the practice encompassing initial business concept and strategy, market identification, and execution of the business plan. Worked on the execution of retained executive search including researching targeted companies and c-level leadership for specific executive positions. Managed the flow of resumes submitted to the firm by executives in transition.
