Lisa leads the extremely successful team at Hobson Associates. In her role as Vice President, she oversees the execution of Hobson’s strategic plan and is responsible for both client development and talent delivery. During her tenure in management, Lisa has been instrumental in developing the Hobson search process and holds the team accountable to this proven methodology. She began her Hobson career in 1987 as a Consultant and was the first person in Hobson history to land and fill a President’s search. She was promoted to General Sales Manager in 1996, General Manager in 1999 and named a Senior Partner in 2000. Since her promotion to Vice President in 2002, Lisa continues to deliver record revenue growth. In 2009, Lisa was honored as the first ever recipient of “The Vénard Chanski” award, given for extraordinary leadership during difficult economic times.Because of her leadership role, Lisa feels she brings a high level of empathy to clients and candidates. She approaches each executive search project on a peer level and is able to consult from an “I’ve been in your shoes” perspective. Everyone she works with appreciates her candor and respects her input built on years of experience.Prior to joining Hobson Associates, Lisa earned a BS in Psychology from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
