About Lisa Ingram

A natural problem solver, I thrive on managing complex situations in multi-disciplinary teams. Working as an agent for change and transformation in the fast-paced highways industry for over 20 years has honed these skills in areas including; strategic planning, operational management, asset management, quality and performance and Social Impact. Motivated by a desire to support people and teams to achieve the very best they can, I promote the use of psychological insights and behavioural theory to maximise collaboration opportunities which, combined with a systems thinking mindset drives a real high performance culture. I am the Chair of Trustees for a local Academy trust and have used my links with the educational world to promote opportunities for young people from deprived areas. In 2015 I created the ‘Amey Challenge Cup’, an initiative designed to inspire girls to consider engineering as a career. To date this initiative has reached over 1000 young people with events in 20 locations around the UK taking place in 2023I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from University of Sussex. I am a qualified coach specialising in group and team coaching and for those dealing with self limiting beliefs.
