Lisa works collaboratively to both create and achieve clear strategic vision, with an emphasis on action to achieve excellence. Lisa is known for an optimistic and fair approach to leadership, aiming to inspire trust within good working relationships. Lisa has a passion for achieving excellence in student experience with special interests in employability, student retention, leadership, digital learning, inclusivity and social media.
