The primary focus of this role is to drive compliance with the Quality Assurance system and inspire adherence to the Health and Safety systems whilst ensuring the smooth running of the Brisbane facility.I successfully led the company to their first AS/NZS 4801:2001 (OHS) certification in November 2015, 7 months ahead of the stated goal of June 2016 as well.

Initially employed as Personal Assistant to the Sales Manager, my role quickly grew to encompass provision of administrative support to the CEO, Sales Manager, Engineering Manager and Workshop Manager, as well as several aspects of office management.  Attendance at executive meetings which involved minute taking and distribution, preparation of necessary.
