The majority of my IT Career has been spent working in Identity and Access Management (aka Systems Access) as part of IT Infrastructure. In 2003 I started as a Systems Access analyst and later became the team lead and subject matter expert. Our team administered numerous kinds of computer accounts for thousands of users globally. This included account creation, modification of access and deletion upon user termination. I was the point person for most audit related items and would pull reports and provide evidence of compliance to the internal and external auditors as requested. I assisted with several acquisition integrations to on-board newly acquired companies' employees into our network. I wrote the process documentation, kept the knowledge base updated and trained new joiners to our team, who were located in both the US and India. I am working in an Access & Identity Management role currently.In the past I worked as an IT Application Compliance Administrator, helping Application Teams update and review their IT Compliance documents. I worked in Telecom on the Circuit Provisioning team, ordering T1 Circuits for businesses. Before that, I worked at a few dot coms specializing in customer service and internet streaming media.
