She is currently completing a PhD in Organizational Systems. Lisa is also a certified Immunity to Change facilitator, a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer (CGT), and a Level 1 Partnership Broker. Design Thinking principles often comprise the foundation for Lisa's approach. As just one example, see link to the "BreakerBOI 2014" video below, a project Lisa brought to Idaho when she was a staff member of the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Foundation to provide the opportunity for high school students to engage in design thinking and social entrepreneurship. Lisa is passionate about yoga. She is a long-time student of yoga and holds RYT-200 certification. She believes in the enormous power of yoga to transform lives, and she is particularly interested in yoga and meditation as tools to help individuals discover and realize their potential. Lisa is also a former Junior Olympic alpine ski racer, and, most joyfully, a mother. She lives in the Pacific Northwest, where she loves to play in the glorious outdoors as often as possible.
