Hi, my name is Lisa. I am a trauma-informed Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT-1,000) through Kripalu, an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with the Center of Mindfulness. I am a practitioner of what I teach. I have practiced yoga for over 30 years and meditation for over 10 years. I incorporate therapeutic yoga, simple breathing, body awareness, and mindfulness meditations to support individuals in reducing anxiety, managing stress, and reconnecting to body, mind, and spirit. Cultivating a sense of grounding, strength, and heart-felt self-compassion can support us in stepping forward into our lives with a sense of ease and resiliency. Connecting on a deeper level to what we hold as truly meaningful allows us to gently navigate life with self-awareness and intention.
