I began my career with Sentry Insurance in 1999, growing from a Sales Team Assistant, to Sales Representative, to eventually Sales Manager. During my time as a Manager, I hired and trained a lot of incredible people. Many are still in the business and I have had the pleasure of watching them grow through the years in their careers. But there were two young men (Reid Fisher and Johnny Marvin) who I hired while working at Sentry, that I knew from the moment I met them, would be incredibly successful! Little did I know that one day they'd branch out and start their own Independent Insurance Agency from scratch! And even more amazing, that a few years later, they'd trust me to run it!
