Current- Lead and mentor recruiters to ensure they are knowledgeable on all aspects of recruiting for AAR’sGovernment Services business unit. Partner with recruiting leads for other business units withinAAR to understand their.
- Increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce by ensuring hiring managers areinterviewing at least 1 diverse candidate for all exempt level positions. Ensure the recruiting teamis tracking diversity.
- Provide training to new hiring managers on performing successful interviews. Introduce behavioralinterview techniques.
- Utilize technology to increase performance and efficiency in recruiting.
- Provide Taleo (ATS) training to new recruiters and train existing recruiters throughout AAR onintermediate to advanced topics.
- Utilize reporting tools to review recruiting activity, monitor compliance data, and ensure AAR’sinternal candidates are reviewed and considered in accordance with policy.
