With over twenty years experience working in public relations and online marketing I understand how brands can best find new customers and build their business in this ever-changing world of communications. I have worked across many innovative and effective campaigns for brands I love, using different marketing methods online and off. Over the years I have worked with media, influencers, bloggers and brand ambassadors. I have been involved in launching brands and building brands, developing new websites and marketing material, as well as managing media and advertising campaigns. My strength is my ability to fully absorb myself in the brands I work with and passionately promote them in the most effective way.My skills lie in identifying target markets for a product or service, knowing how best to find and talk to them online, and creating content that educates and inspires. As a curator of information, the key to finding new customers is to build brand trust through consistent content which showcases a business as the best in their industry. You need to talk to people by offering them solutions to their problems and educate them in the process. This builds a passionate community of supporters and customers.Over the years my writing skills have evolved from media releases and marketing material to website content and blog posts. I recently undertook two copywriting courses at the Australian Writers Centre to hone my skills in this area as I believe powerful copywriting sells and utilising SEO in copy is the key to being found online.
