Designed and delivered a DevOps CI/CD pipeline to automate test suites for performance,systems, and load testing for multiple SaaS offerings. Worked closely with softwarearchitects to improve performance and reliability of microservices. Made a majorcontribution to the design of Watson Tutor services (consisting of a set of APIs) that enablesdevelopers to create personalized, adaptive learning experiences for learners. Providedtechnical leadership for QA engineers, designed and implemented test automationinfrastructure, and a monitoring service using Jenkins and JMeter to detect early anysystem issues and resolve them before the customer was impacted. Executed andmaintained development and production environments with high security standards andperformed security compliance testing and scans. This work was featured on the DiscoveryChannel episode, "This is A.I."

Responsible for performance testing new release and functions of Maximo and ControlDesk and for resolving PMRs and customer concerns with performance. Successfullyimplemented process change to include performance in the design process to avoidrework and customer issues with performance. Successfully identified improvements tothe products to improve response time and reduce resources needed. Achieved highcustomer satisfaction with resolution of performance issues.

Managed teams of up to 25 developers tasked with the implementation of various systemsmanagement processes and applications. The projects consisted of gatheringrequirements, implementing processes and procedures, training users, installing,configuring, and customizing software in support of Incident, Problem, Change, ServiceCatalog, Asset, Service Management, and Configuration Management processes. Oftenthese projects also included identifying and resolving performance issues to scale thesystems to support large number of users.
