Scheduled and communicated with maintenance and landscaping vendors for the office building.

Created the look and feel of one of the nation's most recognized and celebrated waterpark brands, Schlitterbahn Waterparks & Resorts. Lead a team of four graphic designers, several freelancers, an onsite sign shop, and multiple vendors.Managed a budget, negotiated pricing with vendors, and ensured rigorous standards were met on all projects.Produced all elements of the brand experience for both internal and consumer audiences for 4 outdoor waterparks, 2 resorts, restaurants, and an indoor waterpark. Ensured, under my direction, that the brand mark and all collateral remained current but true to the brand promise and contemporary design without compromising the overall vision of the visual identity. Created and launched dozens of campaigns using owned and acquired assets, ensuring each fit into the overarching strategy.Managed creation of all guest and staff facing assets, including logos, brochures, billboards, print and digital advertising, TV and radio production, website assets, retail ticket cards, press kits, enthusiast event collateral and promotional items, promotional partner assets, in-park maps and signage, tickets and season passes.
